Superintendent - Healthcare

Our superintendents provide overall on-site field supervision for the project site, working with the project management team to develop site logistics plan, job site communications plan, and project procedures. Also inspects construction activities to ensure compliance with established quality procedures and compliance with project plans, specifications, and shop drawings, inspects trade and associated installations, trains assistants and ensures all onsite personnel comply with project procedures. This position does supervise the work of others including construction workers, foremen, assistant superintendent trainees, assistant superintendents, and trade contractor employees. Minimum 10 years of experience as a project superintendent with a construction management-at-risk, hard bid, or design-build contractor, overseeing multiple projects with per project value in excess of $10 million.
