Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing a range of common manual labor duties included, but not limited to labeling, packing, loading, and assembling product for Production, Aerosol and Kit lines.


• Assemble boxes as per customer specifications within established timeline to meet production quotas.


• Manually load and unload finished boxed product from trailers or shipment containers by hand and onto a pallet.


• Stack product on pallets and ensure boxes are stacked properly.


• Visually inspect and examine finished product for material handling damage while palletizing.


• Wrap and label finished pallets manually.


• Verify labeled product before moving to designated area. 


• Move product throughout the warehouse to appropriate location as required. 


• Help organize warehouse by moving product to different areas with pallet jack.


• Clean and maintain supplies, tools, and equipment and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations. 


• Feed/ fill production machines and assembly lines with product as needed.


• Break down boxes.


• Walking the warehouse aisle and collecting trash to provide a clean and safe. 


• Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.


• 3+ months of experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.

Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to operate a manual/ electrical pallet jack. 


• Must be able to stand continuously for up to 8 hours daily. 


• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 40 lbs., and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 lbs.


• Must have good hand/eye coordination. 


• Must have good hand dexterity and full use of grasping/grabbing capabilities. 


• Ability to follow instructions.
