Position Summary: The Field Electrical Training Instructor is responsible for delivering classroom and hands-on instruction for the 5K Electrical Boot Camp and Registered Apprenticeship Program. This position develops entry-level electricians by delivering technical training, evaluating apprentice competency, reinforcing company safety standards, and preparing apprentices for successful transition into field operations. Working closely with the Director of 5K Training & Development and field leadership, the instructor ensures training aligns with company standards, Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship requirements, and workforce development initiatives.
