Executive Assistant (Hybrid)

Could you be our next Executive Assistant? American Income Life is looking for an Executive Assistant to join the team! This role is responsible for overall office management, creating reports, reviewing expenses, coordinating meetings, scheduling travel arrangements, and securing event registrations. The position also serves as a direct point of contact for top-level executives both internally and externally, while managing a variety of regular daily and monthly tasks. This is a hybrid position located in Waco, TX. (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday–Thursday).
